The Early Learning Institute, helps children realize their full potential. Today, teli continues to bring services to children 0-3 years of age with developmental delays in Allegheny county through Early Intervention Services. These services include occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as nutritional, developmental, vision, hearing, and social work services. Importantly, teli provides these essential services for your child in your home or in the community, at no cost to you. teli also offers Early Intervention evaluation services in Washington County.
