Who We Are:

Northside Christian Health Center is a nonprofit community medical practice providing affordable care for everyone. North Side Christian Health Center provides patients with primary and preventive health care services to improve health and well-being. They are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) therefor all services are available on a sliding fee scale to income eligible, persons.

What We Do:

The organization provides the following help to single mothers and children: Behavioral Health Services Community Wellness Services Dental Services Laboratory Tests On-Site Medication Management Medical Services
