Who We Are:

Indiana County Community Action Program (ICCAP) provides programs aimed at helping low-income families and individuals in Indiana County attain self sufficiency. The programs provide new ways to solve household problems, manage emergencies, learn new living skills, and foster community involvement.

What We Do:
