Who We Are:

Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh (HACP) provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, scattered sites and Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8). HACP connects its residents to a variety of resources and services, including training and employment opportunities, scholarship programs and food assistance.

What We Do:
