Center for Community Resources

Who We Are:

Center for Community Resources (CCR) was created in 2002 to provide assistance to the community through a single point of contact. Since its inception, CCR has expanded its service territory to include all counties in Pennsylvania. Visit our services map and click on the county to find out what services are available in your county. They provide Pennsylvanians with a choice for the support and service coordination needed to make a positive difference in everyday lives . CCR connects people to a network of support and services essential for actively learning, working, and living in the community. CCR provides supportive services for individuals and families seeking information, referral, and service coordination. Areas include mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, and other human service needs. They work in collaboration with other human service agencies, identifying needs in the community and effectively responding to locate, coordinate, and monitor services.
