Who We Are:

Allegheny County Housing Authority provides safe and affordable housing for low-income residents of Allegheny County. They offer two main housing programs: the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and Public Housing. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a rental assistance program. HCV residents rent directly from private landlords and their rental payments are subsidized through the voucher program.
