4 Ways to Win the Bedtime Battle
Bedtime can be a tricky time of day for new and experienced parents. Here are some of the best strategies I have gathered from the web on getting your kids in bed on time.

1. Most kids use a book before bedtime to delay the process. Reading them a book without pictures will increase their listening skills and bore them to sleep.

2. Give your kid a bedtime pass that only allows them to get out of bed one time for water, a hug, etc. Once the pass is gone, its gone.

3. Put off “how was your day” conversations until right before bedtime; either they will talk themselves to sleep or they’ll want to avoid the conversation all together and will go to sleep.

4. No more I didn’t say goodnight to daddy. Only one parent does the bedtime routine and the other reads the book and kisses goodnight.
